NSWCA National Arbiters Seminar

NSW Chess Association (NSWCA) announces the National Arbiters Seminar under the approval of the Australian Chess Federation (ACF). The lecturer will be IA Dr Peter Tsai (ACF Director of Arbiter Training).

National Arbiter under the Australian Chess Federation:
ACF has approved a new process for individuals to obtain their National Arbiter title:
1.  Attend an ACF endorsed National Arbiter  seminar
2.  Must be 16 years of age in order to obtain a National Arbiter title
3.  Pass an exam set by the lecturer at the end of the seminar (80% pass mark)
